Payment must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or US Dollar (USD) only. The conference organiser will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.

For authors, it is very important to register and pay by the 10th of September 2021 in order for your paper to be included in the proceedings. IVIC'21 proceedings will be printed and ready by the conference day, hence the payment for the registration must strictly be done by the deadline.

For author registration, at least one author for each accepted paper must register and present. Please upload the signed Consent-to-Publish form and proof of payment when registering. You will need to enter your paper number as well (paper number is the submission number from easy chair).

Authors need to register and pay full conference fee by 10th of September 2021 in order to have your papers included in the conference proceedings. Submission of a Financial Guarantee Statement (including purchase order) will not be considered as early bird although it is submitted before the end of early bird date. Please be informed that maximum number of pages for publication is 12. Extra pages will be charged RM250.00 / USD60 per page.

Authors from Malaysian universities may use letter of guarantee from their respective universities as a proof of payment.
